We have a revolutionary product that allows us to recolor your grout to any color you want.  We can match your current tile, your newly painted walls or just brighten up your existing faded or outdated grout color.

This process will also make the grout lines resistant to staining and will make the entire floor easier to maintain, just like the sealer only now you have an entirely new look to your floor.

From there you can cover the spectrum in custom special order mixes. Without maintenance your color seal will last 5-10 years. With our custom maintenance plans it can last indefinitely. The reason color sealing is in such high demand is simply because the the grouting is the most vulnerable part of the installation.

Color sealing will make it beautiful again as well as create a waterproof stain barrier.

1. What Is ColorSealer?
ColorSealer is a waterbased, tinted sealer modified with latex, acrylic, or epoxy additives.

2. Do I need to have my grout colorsealed?
No you do not, But, it is highly recommended for its superior protection over conventional sealers.

3. Do you offer a guarantee or warranty on the colorsealer?
We guarantee our colorsealer for 2 years. If you opt for our maintenance plan, we can guarantee our colorsealer for 10 years.

4. How long will it last?
With proper maintenance, it will last for many years to come.

5. Is it expensive?
It is more expensive than conventional sealers due to the product cost and labor involved in its application. But, if you consider its ease of maintenance and durability, it is a better value over clear sealers. Also it is far less expensive than re-grouting.

6. Is it a one-time deal or do you need to come back often?
With proper maintenance, it is very rare that we have come back.

7. How is it different from a Clear/Impregnating Sealer?
A Clear/Impregnating sealer sits just below the surface of the grout, preventing staining, but not very effective for preventing soiling.

ColorSealer not only penetrates the grout, but also coats it, providing superior protection against both staining and soiling, while retaining the texture and appearance or your grout.

8. Can I do it myself?
You can, but it is not recommended. There is a steep learning curve involved with the types, consistencies, and application of ColorSealer. Without the proper training and experience, residues can be left behind which are difficult if not impossible to remove for the inexperienced person, resulting in a rather ugly mess.

9. What colors can I choose?
Virtually any color you can imagine. Our distributor can match any color from all of the major grout manufacturers, or we can custom mix a color for you.
